UPDATE: At the direction of Governor Holcomb, there will be no onsite classes for the remainder of the 2019-2020 academic school year due to COVID-19 pandemic. Offsite eLearning will take place. There will be no preschool programming or child care available. All extra curriculuar activities will be canceled for the remainder of the academic year. LECC will be closed to the public.     COVID-19 Extended Closure Information

    The World Health Organization (WHO) has determined the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) virus to be a pandemic and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) consider COVID-19 to be a serious public health threat. At the direction of Indiana Governor, Eric Holcomb, onsite classes are cancelled for the duration of the spring semester. Students and staff will engage in off-site eLearning. There will be no preschool programming or child care on site. Only essential staff should report to work.

    eLearning & Devices

    The district implemented eLearning Monday, March 16 through the end of the academic year.

    Follow this link to access extended closure eLearning resources.

    District technology in need of repair may be droppoed off at school-based food pick up sites between 11 AM – 3 PM on Monday, April 6, April 13, April 20, & April 27. Information beyond April 30 will be made once finalized. Those school sites are: Brook Park Elementary, Harrison Hill Elementary, Indian Creek Elementary, Fall Creek Valley Middle School, & Lawrence North High School.

    Offline Instructional Materials For Those Unable To Participate In eLearning

    Paper packets will be available at all schools on April 13 for the week of April 6 & April 13 between 11 AM – 3 PM.

    Food Services Information

    Grab and Go pick up will resume on Monday April 6 and continue on April 13, 20, & 27.

    Lawrence North High School: 7802 Hague Road, Indianapolis, IN 46256

    Meals can also be picked up at the following COMMUNITY satellite locations.  Same days and times as the school distributions above. There will not be technology support at these sites.

    If your family has a significant need for food or other support, you can contact your child’s school directly. If no one is available, leave a message with your information. The phone lines will be monitored Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM and a Family Liaison from the MSD Lawrence Township will contact you as soon as possible.
